Storm Track Disinformation: Islam As a Mental Illness

First it was resistance to polio shots. Next Muslim cabbies wouldn’t carry passengers with Seeing Eye dogs. Now UK hospital workers refuse to wash their hands.

Their complaint?

British Muslims are refusing to wash their hands with required anti-bacterial disinfectant gels because the gels contain alcohol.

Anti-bacterial gels are used in hospitals to guard against “superbugs”, including Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus Aureus (MRSA) and Periventricular Leukomalacia (PVL). British healthcare workers said they were shocked to discover the practice of Muslims refusing to disinfect their hands before entering patient rooms. NHS care assistant Theresa Poupa at London Chest Hospital said: “I could not believe it. The signs are large enough and clear enough but they [Muslims] just took no notice and walked straight onto the ward! I was there almost every day for three weeks and I saw it repeated dozens and dozens of times. When I raised the matter with the nursing staff they just shrugged and said that Muslims were refusing to use the gel because it contained alcohol.”

Why are Muslims incapable of living in the 21^st century? Does their religion somehow short circuit the logic sequence in their brain? We have seen more and more of this neurotic behavior over the last few years. It’s as if Islam is some kind of mental disease.

Here’s another sign of why I think Islam is a mental illness and produces bizarre perceived offences. A Muslim Indonesian group attacked a century-old ‘mystical’ tree to propagate Islam.

Muslim hardliners chopped up a 100-year-old banyan tree in Jakarta to halt a rumor about its special powers from spreading, officials in the Indonesian city said Tuesday. "Surely, no one can believe that a tree is more powerful than a human," Zainal Arifin, the leader of the Muslim group that admits to attacking the tree, was quoted as saying by Detik.com news website. "We did this to propagate Islam."… Arifin said the fact that nothing supernatural happened to the Muslims who attacked the tree proves that it has no mystical powers.

So they had to cut down the tree to prove it? I wonder if TV psychics and other fuzzy headed thinking is a booming trade in Indonesia. This is just another sign of a secular state being intimidated into accepting one religion’s warped version of reality.

Here’s another sign of why I think Islam is a mental illness and clouds a Muslim’s better judgment. Dhimmi Watch reports that mullahs tell aid groups in Pakistan to fire women or "face violent protests"

“Muslim clerics in earthquake-hit Azad Kashmir have told aid agencies to fire all local women employees or face violent protests, officials and religious leaders said on Thursday.”We have told the administration that we will not allow NGOs to exploit our women and asked them to give a date suitable to them for removal of all female workers," Syed Atta Ullah Shah, prayer leader of the Bagh central mosque, told Agence France Presse.”

These women are there to help the Muslim victims but it seems the non-Muslim female aid workers are a ‘bad influence’ on the saintly Muslim women in the earthquake devastated region that the non-Muslim women are there to help. The mullahs are afraid that some female infidel behaviors like wearing normal clothing, makeup and showing a bit of skin might rub off on their pious women.

This is what I have been saying for many moths. Islam is a form of mental illness and the current struggle in Islam is not so much a battle over its soul than a battle over its mind.

More proof that Islam is a mental disease - this time from a Palestinian psychiatrist himself.

Palestinian psychiatrist Iyad Al-Sarraj, cited in a recent Reuters report entitled "Palestinians find ready supply of suicide bombers," said both religion and the humiliation of life under occupation were the key motives for suicide bombers bent on starting a better life in paradise.

"It is no wonder that some people are doing it. We should wonder why everyone isn't doing it," Sarraj said.

And Islam makes yet another contribution to science and knowledge.

Why must the dominate culture bend to the morals and mores of minority culture when that culture poses a danger to personal health and security. Case in point. Hasidic Jewish cultural behavior is in some ways similar to Muslim behavior. This is not surprising since both come out of the mid-east.

An Hasidic women will not shake hands with a man. Women in most Hasidic communities will be discouraged from doing anything other than secretarial or retail-store-related work. Women are discouraged or disallowed to drive a vehicle. No hair of a married woman may be seen by anyone except her husband. Hasidic leaders after WWII grudgingly allowed women to wear wigs in public, in stead of having to wear scarves. Women are strictly prohibited from singing to a male audience. Women will also never hold any public position, or assume any leadership role in the community that involves men.

But you don’t see Hasidic women demanding separate wash rooms, swimming facilities, work out rooms, and female lifeguards? If these need be, then they supply them themselves in their own communities. Not so for Muslims. They have demanded and in some cases received this type of segregated services within, and to the inconvenience and costs, of the dominant culture.

Of course this is the goal of multiculturalism. Celebrate the ‘diversity’ of the minority culture even if it ‘inconveniences’ the cultures of others.

And what about the Amish in this country? You couldn’t get a more anti-21^st century culture. They chose to live in a non-industrial, agricultural society removing all traces of technology from their daily lives. But you don’t see them enter New York of any other city of our dominate culture and demand that all cell phones be turned off, all automobiles be removed from their sight, all women be dressed in sacks, or all electronic billboards be turned off in Times Square.

Both the Hasidic and Amish cultures can live side by side in our dominant culture and you hear none of the endless complaints you hear from Muslims.

Or are they complaints? Perhaps they are more than that. Perhaps they are attempts of subjugating the dominant non-Muslim culture and turn them into good little dhimmis as radical Muslims and those that support their agenda of an Islamic world continue their attempt to impose their will on others.

I’m no fan of Communist China but perhaps we should take a cure from them . They don’t take any crap from their Muslim population.

• All mosques must register with the government supervisory body, the Islamic Association of China.
• The party closely monitors activities at mosques in Xinjiang, where it wages a public battle against what it terms the “three evil forces” of religious extremism, separatism and terrorism.
• The government launched a “political re-education campaign” for imams in charge of mosques in Xinjiang following the September 11, 2001, attacks on the United States.
