Storm Track Intimidation: European Citizens Charged with Blasphemy

Think you’re safe within your own countries, infidels, from the rabid ideas of a 6th century civilization? Think twice.

You might be charged with blasphemy.

In a brazen attempt to stifle free speech in the West, a Jordanian court recently summoned twelve European citizens to answer criminal charges of blasphemy and inciting hatred.

Among those sought by the court is Geert Wilders, the Dutch liberal politician who made the anti-Islamist film, Fitna. Released last March, the Dutch MP’s production caused an uproar in Islamic countries, since it equated Islam with violence. Now a Middle Eastern court would like to prosecute Wilders for the “crime.” (Ironically, a Dutch court dropped charges against him for inciting hatred against Muslims with his film the day before the Jordanian court issued its subpoena.)


The Jordanian court’s move is only the most ambitious attempt to silence debate about Islam. Until now, the preferred strategy has been to file civil lawsuits in western courts to intimidate critics. The latest version of what may be called the legal jihad is even more disturbing.

Ah yes. Legal Jihad. Just the weapon to use against spineless democratic leaders I the free world who refuse to stand up for their own culture.

  • Hello WC. This sort of thing would have been laughed at thirty years ago, but not now!

    Our societies are slowly being destroyed from the inside out and no one anywhere in authority seems to be aware of what really is happening. If indeed there are some leaders alert to the problem they are not prepared to do anything about it.

    I am a fan of your radio show and listen whenever I can. I have also recently signed onto your Weekly Storm Report. It is people like you and Always on Watch that keep the momentum going with this insidious war that we have to have against the Islamists.

    I guess part of our problem is that not one leader of any Western nation has had the guts to pronounce the war on terror for what it really is, War with Islam. There is a very wise old saying about first knowing your enemy to be able to defeat him. Well, at present we are being denied this knowledge. It is as if our politicians have all been struck with the 'dumb' stick which has been continually swung by the Arabs and their assortment of followers since the mid sixties.

    And almost seven years after 911 and five years after the Bali bombings, most of us are still so unconcerned about how those attacks have affected us as individuals, that even now some of us still swallow that big lie that is trotted out to placate those that question, Islam is a religion of peace!

    Here in Australia we are currently hosting World Youth Day. The Islamists, not to be outshone by the huge numbers of Christians who have descended on Sydney, have opened up one of their schools as accommodation for some of the Christian youth from overseas.

    You have to hand it to the muzzies, they excel in the propaganda war which they seem to be winning almost daily. And I liken these young impressionable christian youth to the athletes who were accommodated in Berlin during the 1936 Olympics. The Nazi's were also good at propaganda with most of the visitors to Hitlers Germany leaving with very favorable impressions of him and his system of National Socialism.

    That's the other problem we have.

    Our inability to counter the Islamists propaganda because of repressive legislation which effectively gags free speech. And it is left up to people, such as yourself, to push the barrow of truth in the hope that others not aware of the reality of our situation will listen and heed the warning.

    I feel, that although there are hundreds of people such as yourself, who tirelessly 'plug' away on the keyboard, the message is going out piecemeal without any real impact on those that are ignorant of the truth. I also believe that a 'peoples movement' is the only way of making all our politicians stop and 'smell the roses.'

    The threat of political extinction at the next election alarms a politician more than anything else that I know of!

    Any change to the current political spectrum has to be forced on the politicians from the grass roots level, nothing else, short of invasion by thousands of Muslims will work!
