Winds of War: The Islamist Global Insurgency Continues – In Australia

This is how it begins. A political insurgency that first demands for Muslim ‘rights’ but are really separate privileges that force non-Muslims to adopt Muslim practices.

A MUSLIM political party will be formed by the end of the year, top Islamic cleric Sheik Taj al-Din al-Hilali predicts. Speaking through an interpreter, the mufti has told ABC Radio Australian Muslims needed proper political representation.

The claim came as the leader of the Christian Democratic Party, the Reverend Fred Nile, said today that Australia should give priority to Christians wanting to flee persecution in Muslim countries. Mr Nile, a member of the NSW upper house, called for a 10-year moratorium on Muslim immigration to Australia. (See full report)

Sheik Hilali, who has already established a political committee of Muslim community elders, said forming a party was the next step. The mufti's friend and spokesman, Keysar Trad, said the sheik's vision for a new Islamic political party was of an organisation founded on universal human values and open to all faiths.

Yeah. Right. Based on prior run-ins with Muslims and their demands in Australia, this seems highly suspect. Here’s why.

"I think it's a good idea to establish a party that can act as an alternative for people who are no longer satisfied with the major parties."

Oh really? And what people are those? And they were, we would assume that the alternative party or parties represent democratic ideals. Would the new Muslim party promote those? Mr. Trad tips his hand.

The party would fight to put a stop to politicians using the Muslim community as a "political football" and work on promoting greater social harmony, Mr Trad said. It would also try to tackle long-standing legal issues affecting Australian Muslims, such as divorces and marriages not being recognized in other countries.
Divorce and marriage laws that are recognized in all civilized democratic nations adhere to certain personal freedoms and rights. Obviously Mr. Tard, you feel that they do not apply to Muslims since there is a resistance to accepting Muslim “divorces and marriages that are not being recognized in other countries”.
